This Ultra Pro is genius, I don't know why Typperware decided not to continue this efficient cookware though, this size is not practical. It doesn't cook as much as the smaller ones do. Simply, you have to mocrowace it far longer time to get nice crust. I'd get it to boil curry, or big sized meat/fish chunk like just heat up.
